- Stragic planning, organization, leading and control Marketing activities of company and companies of Group
- Planning & organizing the implementation of work such as Visial Merchandising; Activation; Brand Marketing
- Ensure the details of each campaign / work segment: Digital; advertisement; event organization; the media; relationship to the general public; relations with media agencies / units; Internal Marketing programs ....
- Develop a standardized brand book for Company and its branches.
- Developing training materials, coordinating with heads of departments / sections in implementing / training PG teams
- Develop PG team standards, control and evaluate PG team
- Build up and improvement of legal, report forms for the management of Marketing Department
- Budget/Cost management to ensure optimal cost within the scope of the work
- Develop and develop relationships with leaders of business partners, government agencies and authorities in the assigned field of work public
- Coordinate with the Board of Directors to determine the vision, mission, core values and long-term goals
- Bachelor degree of Marketing, Business Management or relevant
- At least 5 years of experience at relevant position.
- Female or male from 35 years old. Good English communication & Good English for Marketing field.
- Good innovation, updating new trends in Marketing.
