Accountable for all Marcom activities across categories of the Group. Analyze and anticipate the market and competitor's media evolutions. Incharge of Marcom strategy for Vietnam and implement it.
MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB:
- Own Marcom budget, both ATL and BTL, for all categories including small domestics appliances (SDA), cookware and fan.
- Develop a 360o marketing strategy to achieve business goals, both sales growth, and market share.
- Design an effective creative and media brief that enables agencies to come up with a strong and insightful proposal.
- Manage creative and media agency in terms of SOW and budget. Ensure high-quality deliverables that are consistent with communication strategy and goal.
- Oversee and manage all Marcom activities, ensure a cost-effective investment that requires a strong understanding of available assets and templates.
- Develop KPIs and in charge of KPIs tracking for all campaigns and media channels. Cooperate with agencies for the solution in case off-track.
- Ensure optimized media strategy as well as effective media execution.
- Play the role of internal expert for digital marketing; including website, social media, SEM and paid media.
- Manage content calendar and the production of creative assets, if needed, to use across media channels.
- Coordinate with agencies to have regular reports on media and consumer trends. Tracking on competitors’ Marcom activities.
- Regular update on Groupe's media performance and provide the solution
- Coordinate with the product marketing team to conduct consumer research to identify insight to win.
MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED:
- +5 years experience in the same role, with a strong understanding of both ATL and BTL landscape.
- Good understanding of existing and emerging digital marketing channels.
- Strong ability to analyze data and link it with actionable insights.
- Capable of inspiring relevant partners and build a strong relationship, enable a smooth and effective working process to support business growth.
- Effective communication and people skills.
