Job Description

Be responsible for the overall direction and control of all activities within the manufacturing operations of the company.
Be responsible for quality control, production scheduling, materials control, purchasing, engineering and maintenance, warehousing and distribution, etc.
Systemize manufacturing or production policies and programs in line with the overall business plan.
Ensures that finished products achieve the company's quality standards and meet the demands of sales forecast about quantities and kind.
Operates within agreed manufacturing procedures and systems; coordinate all manufacturing activities and ensure the highest efficiency of production.
Responsible for managing, motivating and developing production man power and for the effective deployment and utilization of resources.
Makes plan for Daily Production Sale Inventory (PSI) and Daily Production Plan (DPP)

Requirements

Graduated from Technical University(Electronics, Telecommunication, Mechanic)
Be fluency in English, Japanese is preferred.
Above 3 years of manufacturing experience and ability to identify process improvements.
Previous Production or Manufacturing Management experience.
Strong leadership skills.
Lean manufacturing / continuous improvement background.
Able to manage a diverse group of people and motivate staff to work together as one team.
Strong communication skills in English.
Good understanding of basic financial analysis.
Proficient with computer and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc).
Analytical thinking â€“ able to translate vision into action.
Knowledge on Quality Management System (QMS), Green Product (GP) and 5S processes.
