Job Description

• To lead ME group towards achieving the departmental quality objectives.
• To identify ME Engineers, MS Engineers & TS (EIT) training needs.
• To ensure products manufactured are in compliance with Jabil's customer requirements.
• To lead ME group in improving plant wide realization through process and equipment optimizations.
• To supervise ME Engineers, MS Engineers & TS (EIT).
• To plan and lead continuous improvement projects leading to improvement in plant wide realization.
• To read, understand and support the implementation of systems stated in all Quality and Environmental Manuals. Eg:
• Quality Policy and System
• Environmental Management System Manual
• As a DMR, perform the job as MR in the absence of the MR

Requirements

 

• Degree in Engineering. Minimum 4 years of managerial experience in a high volume, automated and technological manufacturing of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies environment
• Experience in high volume and automated manufacturing environment. Possess high quality leadership
