Directly report to: Factory Manager

Working location: KCN Ben Luc (Long An)

Working time: 7h30-4h30 (Monday-Friday)

Have transportation: from HCMC to Long An.

Directly manage: 7 engineers

Factory size: 50

Main duties:

• Make maintenance plan for equipments follow up manufacturer’s standard and company’s standard also.
• Repair damaged equipments if any.
• Ensure that equipments meet govement’s policies.
• Establish spare part suppling chanel and operate suitable inventory policy.
• Manage contractor, directly work with contractors who provide service packages related to maintenance of equipments and factory all.
• Make and implement relate audit progams.
• Training for employees.
• Operation HACCP program.
• Other duties by Factory Manager assign.

Requirements:

• Graduated with bachelor in Electrical or Mechanical.
• At least 5 years experience in managing maintenance department and managing contractors at some manufacturing factories.
• Knowledge of automatic manufacturing.
• Strong skills in working with other deparments.
• Teamwork, active.
• Management skill, solve problem skill.
• Knowledge of safety management.
