Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
To prepare and ensure all quotations reports & technical order check requested by salesman and agents are made available within the prescribe time and MUST have good knowledge and familiar with Enterprise system at all times.
Provide quality customer services by ensuring all enquiries, feedback and complaints / requests from salesman and agents are addressed within the time frame given.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism in dealing with clients and enhance the good reputation of the Company as well as build a close relationship with existing clients.
Receiving and executing client’s order and prepare all relevant documents for further action Besides create and maintain a proper filling on all client projects correspondence.
Coordinate and facilitate daily operations (products ordering, feedback and information) with other departments such as Logistics, Warehouse and Finance.
Coordinate with technician, salesman and agents for short ship, product faulty and warranty claims.
Assist the Sales people or Superior or head of Department on providing product and market information and customer feedback to the management for decision making.
Timely update open quotations for prompt actions of Sales people.
Effectively communicate across all divisions/countries and local distributors to achieve business outcomes.
Ensure satisfactory level of services for customers
Qualification and Education Requirements:
Diploma is Mechenicsl background
Good command of English language skills i.e. written, reading, listening & speaking.
Minimum 2-3 year experiences in related position.
Exercise teamwork spirit and work closely with other colleagues at all time
Demonstrated ability to work in a proactively teamwork and defined project timeframe.
Good proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills with competency in MS Office, CAD 2 D & 3D.
Experienced and familiar with pig or poultry equipment is an advantage.
Candidates currently with multi-national companies in similar roles and responsibilities would be advantageous.
