Main Responsibilities:

• Building up and further developing organizational structures for our International Service Company in Vietnam and adapting plans with regard to regional conditions
• Regular reporting to management and office in Taiwan
• Following up on targets that were setup by Service Center as well as local targets of Vietnam Llc.
• Create a culture of results
• Set structures for coordinating and organizing trainings for all employees
• Optimizing processes regarding planning and arranging activities for service technicians, internal communication etc.
• Analyzing sites for new service stations, incl. infrastructure analysis, renting buildings and storage facilities
• Coordinating, supervising and guaranteeing optimum materials management
• Organizing and supervising use of service vehicles
• Finding out about national regulations concerning occupational safety, health and safety, customs and labor legislation
• Preparing reports and close collaboration with Technology Department, Commercial Department, Sales, Project Management and Personnel Department in headquarters (Aurich / Germany) and Regional office in Taiwan
• Representing the company at customer meetings, authorities, associations, landlords, etc.
• Ensure completion of all electrical maintenance schedules on time.
• Fault finding and reporting on electrical equipment
• Installation and retrofitting of key electrical components
• Carry out last minute risk assessments (LMRA) when and where necessary
• Ensure that there is good communication between technicians, indoor technicians and the service dispatch coordinator and all issue are reported promptly for rectification.
• Maintain the highest standards of work and courtesy when dealing with customers.
• Carry out necessary work with 36KVswitching.
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety requirements.
• Ensure there is full coverage and support for weekend working and cover.
• When and where necessary, travel to sites throughout the country, Germany and elsewhere in the world
• To take a pro-active approach to ensure that your technical understanding is undiminished with time and to complete and suggest, training and development opportunities where necessary and required.
• Maintain condition of company asset.(e.g.Car,tools)
• Climbing Wind Turbines
• Produce all necessary paper and computerized reports for supervisors and management.

Requirement:

• Degree in electrical engineering
• Minimum three years’ work experience in the field of service management
• Very good knowledge of English and local language
• Cross-cultural experience and interested in foreign cultures
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be focused and able to prioritize work and achieve goals
• Strategic and analytic thinker
• Team player, dynamic and ambitious
• Good assertiveness, organizational skills and decision-making ability

• The willingness to travel for trainings or assembly work
