Job Description:

I –GENERAL OBJECTIVE:

·Implementation Category vision while ensuring targeted profit and sales/share objective for customer

·Takes part in driving the sales/ market share/ customer contribution for category by implementation and optimization of category strategies within the assigned customer

·Responsibility for maintain and leverage the relationships & partnership with the customer

II –RESPONSIBILITY & ACCOUNTABILITY

 

·Account Management

-Account planning management (building & implementing)

-Deliver Objective within assigned customer (Sales/ Share/ Profit)

-Relationship matrix building/ acts as active ambassador at the customer and of the customer at

-Consult/ involve in negotiation and implement Trading Term in assigned customer

-Company business expanding in assigned customer (increase coverage and new listing)

-Market/customer understanding/ key player in term of updating for market and customer strategy changing

·Implement company’s and products’ (category) strategies and/or tactics

-Implement Category Vision in Assigned Customer

-Develop and implement Joint Business Planning with Customer

-Initiate opportunities of Category management: CAT Advisory, space management,…

-Conduct monthly/quarterly business review and giving improvement feedback on positive solution to customer and monitoring

·Lead and develop People

-Ensure a good team commitment

-Lead Team to work with integrity, speed, personal ownership, winning results and people leadership

-Staff development and capability upgrading (more capable and professional)

- Ensure staff performance by tracking/evaluating/feedback and coaching

·Excellent In-store Execution

-Ensure sufficient communication from Management Team to Field Team

-Ensure maximum support from customer for all activities in return

-Ensure standard visibility with Plan-o-gram place and maximum visibility for non Plan-o-gram place or NSO with full products availability

-Ensure Brands and activities are consistent, well display and performance in all stores in assigned customer

-Ensure awareness building for consumer/ shopper though in store advertising/ activation/ decoration

-Ensure consistent adherence to sales, marketing, Trade CAT,... for operation effectively

-Co-operate with PS team to follow delivering/ to build supply chain project with customer

III – REQUIRED KNOWLEGDES & SKILL

 

·University in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Economics

·Strong analytics, familiar to work with numbers

·Ability to lead team, good team commitment

·Confident, proactive with strong passion for growth

·Relationship & networking capability

·Computer skills: Word, Excel, Power point

·Able to communicate in English

·Well working in field. Able to work under high pressure condition

·Result oriented. Well managing for result.

·Strong strategic influencing & seizing the future
