Our client is leading in FMCG company in HCM

Job Description:

Need 7 year experiences, manage MT, Metro, Aon, Big C, manage international brand

1.    Planning & Account management

·         Strategic business planning by developing and implement customers’ business plans in alignment with the company strategic Sales, Marketing and Category Plans.

·         Customer Business Development: Deal with key customers for setting objectives and develop plans, develop good long term business relations by JBP with customer

·         Strategic business planning by developing and implement customers’ business plans in alignment with the company strategic Sales, Marketing and Category Plans.

2.    Coordinate cross function

·         Coordinate cross function with internal team (MT, Trade, Marketing) to planning by account, control budget; with Finance team to follow credit

·         Deployment company campaign to Field sale: launching, display, promotion, activation….

·         Monitor weekly & monthly sales results, key performance indicators, competitive activities and market trends.

3.    Leadership/People management

·         Recruitment, develop, coaching & training Field Sales (SS, PG/SR)

·         Set target, monthly working plan & monitor

·         Consolidate & analysis report from Field Sales 

REQUIREMENT

·         Bachelor’ degree in Economic or Management

·         Minimum 3 years-experience at same level in FMCG environment

·         Good relationship management with International account

·         Understanding of Trade Marketing, Planning, Operations

·         Strong problem solving, negotiation and analytical skills

·         Good computer skill
