- Organizing sales, cooperate with the distributor to create new sales demand from the market and also expanding existing demand to reach the monthly target.
- Informing the distributors of the Product Knowledge
- Monitoring sales from distributors to sub-distributors, wholesalers, and/or retailer
- Monitoring stock, making sure the first in - first out system has been carried out by the distributor and selling at schedule
- Creating new promotions and marketing activities to ensure market penetration, expansion and raise brand awareness
- Providing monthly sales report to IBDM
- Acting as the representative of Magnetar Global International Private Limited to maintain good relationship with distributors, sub-distributors, and/or wholesalers.
- Collecting and reporting the feedback from distributors, sub-distributors, and/or wholesalers regarding the distribution channels, programs, products, and any other related matter to IBDM
- Max 32 years old
- Bachelor Degree of any major
- Good command of English (Spoken & Written)
- Computer literate (email, MS Office, Internet)
- Understanding market distribution (GT and MT)
- Able to work under pressure in uncertain market condition
- Able to work with the target set by the management
- Good in Mathematics
