Job Description:

You will be in-charge of leading the sales for  portfolio of solutions in Vietnam. The job scope would include - understanding the solutions, identifying right customers, prospecting, sales and account management.

You will be responsible for selling high value adding food technologies to the largest food manufacturers across VIetnam and potentially to the rest of Asia as the business grows.

Roles and responsibilities:

Industry/Account Knowledge and Strategies:

Develop intimate knowledge of food industry segments, processes, and key trends in Vietnam
Develop thorough and detailed process and application knowledge of the focus categories and partner technologies
Develop relationships with key decisions makers at the most important End Users and Technology Partners.
Understand problems faced in plant operations and how solutions can offer possible economic solutions.
Prospecting:

Develop a list of potential customers for the offered solutions.
Use inbound and outbound outreach to identify the right contacts within the potential customers.
Sales and account management:

Drive successful sales through effective use of formal sales techniques and tools
Build long-term relationships with the most important end user accounts in the region, i.e. establish credibility and intimacy with key end customers
Provide key customer and competition specific insights to the category Business Analyst
People you will work with:

Direct reporting to Regional Commercial Head at based in Singapore.
Category business analyst for the sales packages including - ideal customer definition, value propositions, qualifiers, ROI and sales collaterals.
Our technology partners for support on technical and commercial matters.
Marketing specialist for key inbound and outbound initiatives.

Skills:

Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, including presentation skills
Experience in the Malaysia market. Relevant experience in the food industry a plus
Bachelor’s degree. Engineering or Science degree an advantage. Master's degree in Sales, marketing or Management a plus
At least 5 years of experience working in B2B Business Development or Sales roles. Understanding of formal sales techniques is a plus.
