Report to Commercial Manager
Manage team: 3 members
- Coordinates new product development, line extensions, market development and product launches
- Monitor sales performance and provide post-mortem report for new product/program launches
- Assist to execute product annual marketing plan
- Works with necessary functional groups to ensure the proper implementation of the marketing plan (e.g. sales, pricing, promotion & distribution programs...)
- Tracks monitor monthly sales performance for individual products assigned and submit recommendations for growth
- Monitors initial forecasts of new products and makes recommendations for adjustments for the first-year product is on the market
- Develop and coordinate the purchase of all sales promotional items
- Coordinates distributing of market information from the marketing department to all related areas
- Male/ Female, BA degree in Marketing from a recognized university
- 5 years minimum marketing experience in foreign/multinational FMCG or F&B environment.
- Marketing experience and program planning & executive skill
- Willingness to travel, mainly within Vietnam
- Fluent in English.
