1.      Job Description

  • May help Receptionist on receiving calls at establishment, determine nature of business and direct callers to destination; make future appointments and answerinquiries.
  • Perform variety of clerical duties, other duties pertinent to type ofestablishment.
  • Help team with administration and accounting document.
  • Track and check working hour of team and make reports related to staff’s timesheet.
  • Provide historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal ofrecords.
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts and equipmentprocurement.
  • Keep a professional and attractive appearance at alltimes.
  • Carry out task requested bymanager.

2.      Working hour

Standard working hour: Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 5.30PM (additional shift on Saturday)

3.      Job Requirement

  • University or collegegraduated.
    • At least 1 year of working experiences at the sameposition.
    • Good English and Vietnamese communication skills (verbal andwritten).
    • Working with responsibility.
