Job Description:

  • Attract new clients across various sectors such as Food Chain, Modern Trade, Hotel, Convention, Factory, and Catering to achieve business growth targets.
  • Conduct product testing and visit customer warehouses to facilitate onboarding processes.
  • Create training materials and sessions to enhance the quality of sales personnel in a short time frame.
  • Develop customized pricing strategies to meet the diverse needs of customers and propose enhancements to improve their experience.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Accounting teams to ensure seamless daily deliveries to customers.
  • Evaluate and refine rules and policies to enhance the quality and loyalty of new customers.
  • Conduct monthly performance assessments to ensure each customer meets expected profit margins.
  • Propose new product suggestions and organize various sales campaigns to boost sales.
  • Coordinate with the Accounting department to resolve any payment issues between the company and customers.
  • Establish and adjust Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and bonus structures to enhance team productivity.
  • Work with the Marketing team to execute necessary activities, both online and offline, including advertising to attract new customers.
  • Seek and cultivate partnerships, collaborating with third parties to increase customer acquisition.
  • Supervise team leaders and ensure overall team performance meets expectations.
  • Identify and prevent fraudulent activities in acquiring new customers.
  • Conduct interviews, training sessions, calculate bonuses, and assess team members' performance.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales within the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for relationship-building.
  • Superior listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in guiding, teaching, and managing people, fostering team spirit, and motivating employees.
