Job Description:

Position Overview – Basic Functions & Responsibilities:

1. Assist the chairman in conducting research and analysis on overseas markets and help formulate corresponding strategies for the overseas business.

2. Assist the chairman in analyzing the operational and market situations of the Indian company, and help set annual work targets and strategies.

3. Collaborate with the chairman in improving the management systems of the Indian company to ensure organizational efficiency.

4. Assist the chairman in formulating the annual budget for the Indian company, ensuring effective control to achieve sales and profit targets.

5. Supervise and guide procurement and supplier management in the Indian company, ensuring alignment with group strategies.

6. Guide research and development (R&D) and production teams to meet objectives based on monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.

7. Oversee and guide the marketing and sales teams in achieving sales targets at various stages.

8. Supervise logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations for timeliness and effectiveness.

9. Regularly collect information on the Indian baking market, competitors, and customers, and provide feedback to the chairman and the group for decision-making.

10. Perform other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Qualifications Required:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.

2. Specialization: Professional training in strategic planning, marketing, supply chain management, human resources, finance, etc., and familiarity with local laws and regulations in India.

3. Experience: Over 10 years of experience as a General Manager in overseas companies, with an integrated focus on production, sales, and research. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in Indian companies.

4. Language Skills: Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English. Must be able to communicate effectively with Indian colleagues.

5. Abilities: Strong logical thinking and work-driving abilities, excellent professional ethics, persuasiveness, decisiveness, and a strong sense of responsibility and career ambition.

6. Location: The primary work location will be in Delhi, India, with the possibility of travel to other cities in India and Southeast Asia. The candidate should be willing to visit their home country periodically as per the group’s management policy.

1. Familiarity with customer and channel resources in the Indian baking market.

2. In-depth understanding of Indian culture.

2. Strong business management skills in complex environments.
