Report to CEO
Manage team: Domestic team & Export team.
- Planning the business and marketing strategy of the Company
- Develop strategy and implement distribution channels for export & domestics products
Orientation and development of short, medium and long-term action plans on the basis of company targets
- Develop and implement quarterly targets for the Company
- Directly evaluate the project and propose to the Board of Directors.
- Develop a marketing strategy and brand development company.
- Organizing, assigning department/staff to search for information, follow customer, project.
- Providing information to relevant departments to carry out order fulfillment work
- Plan to approach and take care of potential customers effectively
- Executing and managing all sales activities to find clients of the Company effectively;
- Ensure resources for business.
- Work closely with the members of the Board of Directors, and work closely with the operations of the Business Units and their subordinates; Ensuring the overall goal of the company to achieve optimal results.
- Male, Vietnamese only.
- 10 years’ experience in the same position in the industrial products.
- Knowledgeable in the field of export sales & B2B channel.
- Have the capacity to develop domestic and international market development strategies
- Ability to build a list of potential customers by the strength of a company
- Ability to recruit, organize, manage, run sales team to work effectively.
- Have self-discipline, patience, and responsibility in the work.
- Strong at presentation & negotiation.
- Fluency in English
