Purpose of Position:
-Achieve sales plan objectives with assigned Key Accounts, Standard Accounts, prospective by selling the range of GP products and service offerings
-Establish sales plans and targets and support the sales teams with product knowledge, commercial facts and grow the business from the defined client segment.
Tasks:
-Generate new Business from own Prospects
-Assure the newly won clients business integration into Operations
-Provide information to the NSM for sales planning and forecasting activities
-Provide client and prospect information within CRM
-Develop and share new target accounts with GP Sales Team
-Develop new service offerings(i.e.point to point consolidations) according to demand
-Support the NSM with products, tariffs and market intelligence that lead to success
Authority to decide:
-Pricing authority within guidelines for product range and client segment
Measurement:
-Business wins in line with (new customers and business expansion)
-New existing business
-Number of potential accounts in development/VTA
-Business hand over to Customer Service and Operations
-Usage and accuracy of CRM
-Number of sales visits per month(40)
-Number of qualified sales leads generated for the network
Performance will be reviewed by NSM during quarterly review meeting and yearly appraisal.
Requirement:
-Business administration/commercial/technical/engineering background
-Language skills: English, Vietnamese
-Working experience(minimum2 or 3years)
-Industry experience(minimum 2 or 3years)
-Marketing and sales experience(minimum 2 years)
