In order to provide technical and after sales service support to new and existing customers, you would:
• Work together with the sales team on existing global/local projects and penetrate into new markets with
the key objective to grow sales.
• Provide technical support to sales team and customers, incl. product recommendation and technical
• Conduct technical trainings for internal staff and distributors on request.
• Lead all customer field trials. Coordinate sales team’s activities, coach if necessary and analyse the success of the trials.
• Work together with laboratory for providing oil analysis program for customers (including interpretation).
• Handle customer complaints, investigate and troubleshoot defects.
• Be involved in customer projects such as cost saving programs.
• Work together with Product Manager (regional/local) for activities related to product introduction and training.
