Skills:
- Good understanding of IT components including infrastructure and applications.
- Hands-on experience in configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining hardware including server, storage, network and data-center.
- Hands-on experience in configuration, administration and supporting of MS servers, MS exchange, Active Directory and computer network equipment (routers, switches, firewall, proxy servers).
- Hands-on experience in virtual server configuration and Storage Area networks.
- Hands-on experience in administrating and supporting IT Tools and systems.
- Certifications in Microsoft and other related technologies are preferable.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Self motivation and ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills and fluent in English language

Responsibility
- To supervise the installation, support and to ensure good working condition of server and storage hardware and software infrastructure.
- Evaluate new requirements for IT Systems and propose improvements to current IT Systems.
- Administer IT systems like e-mail server(s), domain controllers, anti-virus, firewall, proxy.
- To supervise infrastructure provisioning activities such as OS patching, virtual machine creation.
- To ensure up to date documentation system configuration documentation and manuals up-to-date.
- Monitor IT infrastructure components including server, storage, data center, network for anomalies and perform remedy actions to resolve.
- To ensure level 2 support by analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to NSRP’s IT infrastructure that includes server, storage, network and other IT Systems.
- Escalate unresolved issues to level 3 support and coordinate with level 3 support personnel till resolution.
