Job Description:

• Local Infrastructure-management: Hardware, Software, Printing, Phone / mobile phones, Network (WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi), Deployment
• First-level-support
• User-Management
• Security-management
• License management
• Coordination of external providers and suppliers
• Support on local IT related problems and fix them independantly

 

Responsibilities:

• Enforcement of corporate IT-standards
• IT-Security
• Hardware vendors
• Software vendors
• Keep daily business running

 

Competencies:

• Support Infrastructure changes supervisioned by headquarter IT
• Support endusers on general IT-problems
• Escalate difficult topics to external partners or headquarter IT

 

Job requirements:

• Business fluent written and spoken English
• Knowledge in general IT-Infrastructure topics
• Basic Microsoft ActiveDirectory
• Networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.)
• Basic Microsoft 365 skills
