Job Description:

 

  • Manage the IS Systems team to deliver all systems solutions and associated services required by business function in an optimum and secure way by leveraging Client information services.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the business, the overlaying processes and solutions. Performing as a business partner/consultant, analyze and understand business needs, priorities & challenges and help formulate programs/opportunities for enhancements, improvements and exploitation.
  • Manage the deployment, localization and support of global/core business system solutions including data alignment
  • Proactively identify business requirements not supported by the Global IS Portfolio, communicate and agree the solution with the Global function
  • Manage the design, development and maintenance of local solutions for the business function following the global PMI standards and procedures;
  • Provide budget assumptions for all cost, resource and efforts relating to the business solutions, and account for the Actuals spent.
  • Deliver IS Services in an optimum way (timely, cost effective, secure, stable, reliable and user-friendly, both from IS and user perspective) to maximize efficiency in the respective functional area;
  • Manage external and internal service providers to ensure that service levels are met
  • Developing the team - Lead and coach team members to build an adaptable, flexible and agile IS organization that attracts, develops and retains the best talent in order to deliver IS services required by Client , currently and in the future.
  • Being an effective IS partner to the organization and bringing business value to the business
  • Managing the expectations of business against cost & resources to implement requested changes and enhancement. Growing need to prioritize (with the business) on enhancements and improvements (good-to-have vs. business critical).
  • Managing and supporting a large portfolio of systems (ranging from local to global) with remote Client & external service providers, across multiple functions
  • IS team is at the building stage and firmed operational structure may not be fully established

 

 

Requirement

 

 

  • University degree in Computer Sciences / Information Systems 
  • University degree with additional certificates, degrees or experience in Project Mgt & Service Mgt
  • 8-10 years in a large multinational company including 4-6 years management experience (in IS or business) and 3-5 years in IS applications and/or technology environment
  • Experience in Project Management and Service Management
