Assist
Manager IS to translate overall business
strategy in to IS Affiliate Plan by leveraging the Global IS offering in order
to deliver IS services required by the business
Actively
communicate with key users and provide advice and consulting key users in order to facilitate business operation
Assist
Manager IS to execute the IS Affiliate Planand support of global/core business system solutions as well as the
development and maintenance of local/regional IS solutions ( that are not
addressed by IS global portfolio) in order to meet local affiliate business
needs following the global company’s standards and procedures
Coordinate
with local/regional IS to act as a strategic partner, working closely with
business leaders to define business solution initiatives and ensure that IS
Support Service delivered in an optimum way (timely, cost effective, secure,
stable, reliable and user-friendly, both from IS and end user perspective)
Ensure
adherence to all company policies and guidelines on security and compliance by
implementation of IS Security requirements in order to minimize risks regarding
confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information as ( to be)
processed, stored, retained in information systems.
Leverage
Affiliate IS knowledge and resource. Manage third party IS staff in a high
productivity and cost efficiency manners.
Skills and attributes:
At
least 4-5 years
Strong
analytical and product management skills required.
Strong
IT skill, proficiency in database administration & reporting solution such
as SQL Server, Business Object… would be a plus.
Strong
interpersonal skills with fluent written and spoken English.
Ability
to manage small to medium IS projects.
Ability
to work independently and assume greater responsibility.
Well-organized
and detail oriented with good with analytical skills
Knowledge of major hardware and software packages and suppliers.
