Job Description:
Understand business needs and priorities of Marketing and Sales; translate and define requirements; design, build and deploy solutions and services; provide effective maintenance and support to existing solutions, drive solutions/process improvements and exploitation.
Acquire in-depth knowledge of Marketing and Sales processes, solutions and infrastructure. Performing as a business partner/consultant, analyze and understand business needs, priorities & challenges and help formulate programs/opportunities for enhancements, improvements and exploitation
Lead the deployment and localization of Marketing and Sales regional/global solutions
Lead the design, build and deployment of local Marketing and Sales solutions
Provide effective maintenance and support to Marketing and Sales users on local, regional and global solutions
Provide budget assumptions for all cost, resource and efforts relating to Marketing and Sales solutions (including local infrastructure), and account for the Actuals spent.
Provide training to new and existing users (refresher) to ensure continuous optimal utilization of Marketing and Sales solutions
Partner with Marketing and Sales to build and test continuity strategies and plans on critical processes (typically Sales) to minimise business impact and ensure operational sustainability in the event of unplanned disruptions
Adhere to relevant PMI Principles and Practices in order to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services. With the guidance of the Local Security Officer and Internal Controls, ensure the adherence of security controls and measures on supported solutions and infrastructure.
Driving the establishment and effective testing of continuity plans for critical Sales processes across business functions
Ensuring data integrity between the handhelds and the backend database
Keeping abreast with the latest technology to exploit improvement opportunities to support Marketing and Sales activities
1 to 5 years in Information Services / Information Technology
Experience with FMCG sales will be advantageous
College/University
University degree in Computer Sciences / Information Systems
University degree in Engineering / Business Administration with additional certificates, diplomas or experience in IS
