1. Job Description

• Handling daily correspondence with prospective, high net worth clients

• Holding meetings with clients in or out of our offices

• Representing the firm at seminars, conferences or other events

• Assisting clients at every stage of their file preparation

• Advising our management team on marketing strategy

• Developing your own network to meet personal KPI and firm objectives.

2. Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in sales/marketing in any of the following fields: immigration, investment, banking, finance, insurance, business development

• Excellent in English (verbal and writing)

• Creative, sales-driven person

• Able to work individually and as a team

• Willing and able to travel within Vietnam

• Good skills with computer office and graphic software (Word/Excel/Outlook)

• Experience in graphic design is an asset

• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is an advantage

• Able to handle multiple tasks in different departments

• Good communication abilities, self-confident, enthusiastic attitude, passionate in his/her work
