-Sales/CSC/Customers all matters related to customs clearance

-Provide good service of customs clearance in the Freight Forwarding Industry.

-Meet KPI of customer as follows:

-After receiving the perfect and complete documents from Customer, the Forwarder carry out the customs clearance procedure to ensure the Goods arrive at Customer’s WH within forwarder’s delivery time: 2 working days for sea shipment and 1.5 days for RF shipment or air shipment.

-Provide sufficient number of manpower and qualified personnel for the execution of Customer’s requests for customs clearance.

-Provide appropriate transportation means to transport the Goods from the Port of discharge to the WH within the Forwarder’s Delivery time. In case of any delay of delivery, the Forwarder has to inform Customer’s immediately the cause and the solution.

-The forwarder ensures to comply with the laws of Vietnam relating to the Performance of the Services about customs clearance.

-During customs clearance of the Goods, if customers officer discover wrong documents or any discrepancies of quantity, quality, goods description declared or any damages, losses of the Goods, the Forwarder must immediately inform his solution to Customer for confirmation.

-Supervising all the operational performance of Inland

-Checking & controlling Inland cost

-Controlling working schedule of Inland staffs

-Assigning duties to each Inland staffs

-Being in charge of speeding up the clearance of customers' shipments

-Solving issue and give out the best solution for problems relating to customs

-Give advice to Sales/CSC/Customer all info related to the clearance

-Guiding customs clearance regulations to internal and external customers

-Offering Inland cost to Sales dept., Operation and quotations to overseas agents

-Training the customs clearance skill and communication skill for Inland staffs

-Directly carrying out customs clearance when necessary

-Checking and controlling trucking cost

-Set up the customs procedure for customs clearance and pick-up/delivery shipment

-Control the lead-time for clearing customs clearance to meet the KPI to satisfy customer requirement.

-Have experience in customs clearance for consuming goods

-Have relation with customs at HCM ports/Airport

-Necessary Technical / Functional Skills

-Able to monitor, train, coach, measure the performance of the team

-Ensure the input/output with zero mistakes which can effect to the service of the company
