Job Description:
- Directly supervises all operations of injection:
- Engineers
- Supervisors
- (Sub) Leaders
- Operators
- Workers
- Mold and machine maintenance,
- Responsible for the execution of the production plan
- Contact person for injection related quality, warehouse and maintenance issues
- All documentation for injection department
- Material planning process
- Controls improvements in injection with regards to:
- Development of the department to increase capacity
- Reporting and management systems
- Defect percentage (in process and outgoing)
- Productivity
- 5S
- Document control
- Other tasks as to be assigned by Operations Manager.
