Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and thoughtful legal advice on corporate and regulatory compliance in respect of Vietnamese laws
• Cooperate with legal offices and company secretary offices of the parent and affiliated companies in Thailand, Hong Kong and in other related jurisdictions in relation to the compliance with the listing rules, the regulations of the stock and exchange commissions, corporate laws and the internal group policies
• Draft, review, and interpret commercial contracts (both Vietnamese and English languages)
• Draft and take the resolutions of the general meetings as well as the board of management/directors
• Apply for and amend all and any necessary licenses and corporate records as legally required by the company's operation and related legal affairs
• Identifying possible legal risk (and recommend the possible way to minimize the same) of the company

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of contract drafting and review, corporate and legal compliance, and/or other legal affairs
• Experience in interacting and communicating with all levels of management
• Good command in both Vietnamese and English
• Bachelor or Master Decree of Law
