INBOUND-OUTBOUND CALL CENTER MANAGER

  • Drive operations to optimize efficiency and maximize profitability
  • Supervise Operation team, maintain and enhance a high quality work-flow of the Call Centre operations
  • Manage administer and evaluate all operations related functions and activities.
  • Lead and monitor administrative team to achieve quality improvements
  • On-board and initiate new projects to ensure success at managing processes and functions
  • In reference to business-consulting: incorporate high quality content into side and meet clients’ expectations and deadlines.
  • In conjunction with General Director and Senior Management team implement company strategy
  • Monitor and support monthly, quarterly reports/ annual reports
  • Support on quotation, offer, and contract.
  • Consulting on issues related to company business and advice for Call Centre Division Director
  • Create / adjust the internal reports.
  • Make budget, forecast as request.
  • Support all departments about legal issue.
  • Access to confidential information.
  • Responsible for all administrative and commercial processes within the company

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Careful and correct creation of the reports, balance sheets and documents.
  • Do correct translations, if any
  • Keep information secret
  • Provide all legal documents, reports and other information for authorities
  • Inform monthly the Division Director about the financial situation of the company

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • University Graduated
  • Project Management skill
  • Experiences at least 03 years in Call Center/ Inbound-Outbound/ Help desk service
  • Creative, proactive, dedicated, committed & passionate
  • Strong influencing skills, leadership, ability to communicate across functions & company at various levels
  • Good in managing complexity
