JOB DESCRIPTION:

1/ Planning:

• Prepare & maintain project plan base on new business requirements
• Assure the scalability of the IT application/ web-app through new solution enhancements
• Understand about 3rd party tool to support tracking performance of app/ web-app
• Periodically submit status reports on the project tasks
• Project management and planning

2/ Daily tasks:

• Responsible for establishing and managing the change request projects on the platform.
• Ensure application & web-app are working day by day with tracking code on per stage to compare performance of partners
• Monitor & follow up on daily basis current statuses of the project tasks
• Document, review & enhance on regular basis the technical administration & support procedures & ensure auditors’ requirements are met.
• Accurately implement industry standard support & administration methodologies.
• Ensure the availability of provided application services
• Make reports weekly & monthly 

3/ Others:

• Support team about others technical issues
• Ability to communicate verbally and in written correspondence
• Provide functional and technical knowledge across multiple business and technical areas.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of software experience as a Project Manager
• Strong understanding and experience within multiple technologies as they related to the SDLC
• Client facing experience, performing on and off- site implementations
• Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated
• Must possess the ability to prioritize work while working on multiple projects, ability to multitask
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but can substitute work experience
• Experience working within the Financial Industry (Banking, Loan Origination, etc.)
• Project management experience a plus
• Fluently Chinese is a big plus.
