Human Resource & Admin – Specialist
Location: Can Giuoc, Vietnam
Activities Expected:
1. Payroll Management:
2. Compliance of Environmental, Safety and other factory related legal activities/policies.
3. Recruitment:
4. Prepare for new staffs working conditions and HR procedures
5. Managing Reception Activities:
6. Security Management
7. Organize all visa and work permit related issues for expatriate employees
8. Support other HR activities as well as the organization of staff activities upon request.
9. Perform and other tasks when necessary and upon assignment & carry out management vision.
Skills & Educational Certifications Required:
1. Bachelor’s degree preferably in HRM
2. Good English at writing and communication
3. At least 3 years of experience as working in HR Department in any manufacturing setup
4. Should know local laws related to labour, factory operations
5. Detail-oriented, Ability to work multi-tasks
6. Passionate in HR development
7. Willing to learn, Honest and careful
