  1. Recruitment and selection
  • Be able manage HR staff to recruit employee
  • Managing orientation program for employee to the business and culture
  • Maintain up-to-date recruitment progress report, talent database and all related staffing communication
  • Process all local recruitment requests in an effective and efficient manner
  1. Training and development
  • Managing communicating and delivering important projects that impact other parts of the company
  • Interface with HR group for the implementation of cooperate training or training program to meet the business needs where appropriate
  • Identify key skills, specialty skills and propose training needs accordingly
  1. Manage on payroll and daily activities of employee
  • Manage and made employee KPI calculation
  • Maintain staff records-leave records
  • Advice management on disciplinary issues

Requirement:

  • Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university
  • Minimal 2 years experience in HR (Recruiting, Training, Company Development/Transformation)
  • Solid understanding of HR fundamentals and general business management
  • Fluent in English and mandarin is plus
  • Strong communication skill
