Job Description

1, Recruitment
- Implement recruitment procedure to ensure getting right person for the right position at the right time.
- Responsible for selection and placement of employees;
- Deal with recruitment service for finding qualified candidates
- Co-ordinate with departments in yearly budget & planning resources for department

2, Performance management
- Embed a performance management culture within the business area as a means of driving business improvement by ensuring performance management process are implemented effectively from clear and effective KPIs and ensuring the performance review and evaluation are conducted in an effective, transparent and fair manner.

3, Talent and management development
- Lead the talent management process and work hand in hand with department managers to ensure all talents are identified, engaged and developed with clear career planning to maintain company desired retention rate
- Provide the right development tools to potential talents to ensure they are able to deliver business targets
- Keep a close touch base with Academic Potentials and Future Leaders

4, Organization development
- Drive, influence, advise and support the cultural and people aspects of organizational change
- Ensure organizational structure is designed in the most effective way that clarify accountabilities, maximize people performance and able to meet future business challenges while staying cost effective
- Provide both transformational advice and transactional support on change management initiatives, organizational restructures, job role design and outsourcing or redundancy

5, Capability development
- Identify the current and future capabilities needed of the business team and take lead in design interventions to ensure the department is equipped to deliver current and future business goals
- Ensure all training courses are designed and implemented in an effective and integrated way that links to performance

Job Requirement

- Prefer candidates base in Ho Chi Minh
- University graduate, HR Management preferred. Strong command of English speaking & writing
- At least 5 years working in HR. C& B and Recruitment experience preferred
- Good knowledge in local labor regulation and practice preferred
- Computer skill (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Communication, customer service, negotiation, presentation skill
- Behavioral interview skill
