- Identifying training and development needs in company through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with managers and human resources department.
- Managing the delivery of training and development programmes and devising a training strategy for the company.
- Design and expand training and development programmes based on the needs of the company and the individual.
- Amending and revising programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
- Work in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in company.
