Job Description:

 

- To ensures a timely and accurate payroll by monthly for the company’s employees

- To administer the welfare and benefits systems

- To ensure up to date personnel records systems

- To provide required administrative services within the function and the company.

- Report to: HR Manager

Principle duties and responsibility

- 1. Monthly Payroll

- Ensure the accuracy and timely of monthly time sheet/ attendance sheet;

- Compute and prepare payroll table following the company’s standard format;

- Printing and distributing monthly pay slips;

- Participate in yearly salary surveys under supervision of HR Manager;

- Compute and administer the personal income taxes monthly and annually.

- 2. Welfare & Benefits

- Administer and manage the social insurances, health insurances sys to ensure it meets the requirements from the Governments and employee’s needs;

- Administer the medical scheme with service provider;

- Manage the annual health check;

- Organize periodical staff activities under supervision of HR Manager.

- 3. HR Systems and database

- Maintain and keep up to date personnel filing and record system both hard and soft copies;

- Manage the HR information system/ database.

- 4. Human Resources & Administration

- Manage and administer the employee labour contracts;

- Prepares and administer all periodical labour reports required by the Government, Finance

- Departments and others under instruction of HR Manager;

- Represent HR dept in JMBA activities;

- Lead and organize company events such as sport day, away day, Tet party….

- 5. Any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the HR Manager from time to time.

Job requirement

- Graduate with professional training in Human Resources management.

- 2. Experience:

- Minimum 1 years' experience in payroll, welfares and benefits administration;

- Familiar with all Government legal requirements in term of social insurance, medical insurances, taxes and reports;

- 3. Skills :

- Vietnamese nationality

- English proficiency: B level

- Computer: familiar with HR Information system/ database; MS Offices

- Communication and presentation skills

- 4. Attributes:

- Cheerful, highly discipline, integrity and professional working attribute
