Job Description:

- Provide advanced level coaching and counseling to management and employees to promote effective employee engagement, organizational/operational effectiveness and adherence to policy.  

-  Act as primary interface with business unit leadership for all HR needs and partners with HR process leaders to align initiatives with business entity goals.

- Lead change management and workforce planning initiatives in assigned business units. This includes making recommendations for organizational changes and streamlining job descriptions.

- Partner with business units to develop effective strategies to proactively manage employee relations issues/situations and risk mitigation.

- Performs analysis on HR items such as turnover, retention, compensation, etc. and make recommendations for changes to management.

- Facilitate departmental meetings and training sessions as needed.

- Lead special projects and performs other duties as needed.
