Evaluate and select training vendors to ensure good quality
Implement annual training plan and training reports
Propose and carry out post training evaluation in order to improve training effectiveness
Follow up training expenses to be in line with budget and ensure its efficient utilization
Coordinate and support other affiliates on training plan and implementation
Assist in executing the relevant projects, assignments on training, talent management and career management
Deliver certain in-house training courses
