- Recruitment of professional staff up to managerial levels to ensure attract talents for current and future human resources needs
- Build up candidate pipeline for critical jobs such as sales & marketing to meet current and future recruitment needs.
- Carry out attraction and recruitment of high potential fresh graduates (Asian Graduate Scheme) to build the talent pools of managers.
- Coordinate and execute Employer branding activities in Vietnam employment market in universities (mainly in HCMC) and social networks to improve image.
- Collect and analyze training needs from affiliates in order to develop the annual training plan for M&S Vietnam to provide necessary competencies to employees
- Evaluate and select training vendors to ensure good quality
- Implement annual training plan and training reports
- Propose and carry out post training evaluation in order to improve training effectiveness
- Follow up training expenses to be in line with budget and ensure its efficient utilization
- Coordinate and support other affiliates on training plan and implementation
- Assist in executing the relevant projects, assignments on training, talent management and career management
- Deliver certain in-house training courses
- Execute special training projects: English, Toastmaster...
