- Construction And Development KPIs assessment system
- Maintain, develop and evaluate the effectiveness of evaluation systems, promotion policy
Analyst & strategic Planning
- Planning headcount, Annual of Planning for employee expenses
- Participates and coordinates analytical support in setting business goals, objectives, strategies and action plans.
- Prepares strategic materials for HR manager
- Develop, issue and control the implementation of HR policies
Recruitment & Training
- Recruitment planning and development of resources to meet company’s goals
- Building management systems and human resource development
- Research and development of the channel, recruiting network
- Construction, control and evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment budget
- Analyst Training needs and make Training Annual Plan
Salary , Compensation & Benefits
- Set up Salary Structure and benefits
- Develop, coordinate and manage payroll monthly (insurance compulsory & PIT monthly report, PIT finalization)
- Develop, propose and monitor a competitive compensation and benefits program

- Experience: Over 10 years in HR
