Job Description:

*Responsibilities:

KPI – Evaluation – Promotion

  • Construction And Development KPIs assessment system
  • Maintain, develop and evaluate the effectiveness of evaluation systems, promotion  policy

Analyst & strategic Planning

  • Planning headcount, Annual of Planning for employee expenses
  • Participates and coordinates analytical support in setting business goals, objectives, strategies and action plans.
  • Prepares strategic materials for HR manager
  • Develop, issue and control the implementation of HR policies

Recruitment & Training

  • Recruitment planning and development of resources to meet company’s goals
  • Building management systems and human resource development
  • Research and development of the channel, recruiting network
  • Construction, control and evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment budget
  • Analyst Training needs and make Training Annual Plan

Salary , Compensation & Benefits

  • Set up Salary Structure and benefits
  • Develop, coordinate and manage payroll monthly (insurance compulsory & PIT monthly report, PIT finalization)
  • Develop, propose and monitor a competitive compensation and benefits program

Communication & Company culture

  • Internal communications and building corporate culture

*Requirements:

  • Gender: Male
  • Age: 33 ~ 35
  • Education: Bachelor Degree
  • Experience:  Over 10 years in HR
  • Leadership skill/Communication skill
  • Positive attitude/ Active Mind
  • Korean/English (Advanced)
