Job Description:

DESCRIPTION
1. Overall:
• Ensure the all the duties of the team run well
• Manage and coach team members
• Control talent management yearly budget

2. Job Analysis & Design:
• Handling job analysis to support recruitment/ selection, identifying vacancies and reduced positions as well as supporting TNA process.
• Handling job design to meet organizational requirements such as higher productivity, operational efficiency and quality services. Through that, satisfy the needs of the individual employees like challenges, achievements, interest…

3. Training & development, succession planning:
• Coordinate with HODs and related persons to plan for the training & development
• Conduct in-house training courses as internal trainer
• Evaluate training center and advise other department for best selection

4. Performance management:
• Maintain and propose improvement for performance appraisal management
• Conduct KPI review, target review

5. Employee Motivation & Retention:
• Plan, budget and execute internal events, team building activities
• Suggest and conduct employee motivation and retention programs

REQUIREMENTS
1. Education: Bachelor Degree equivalent

2. Technical skills and experience:
• Training skills

• At least 4 -5 years of work experience in Human Resources, in which 2 years at supervisory level of training & recruitment functions.
