Duties:
- Implementing the timekeeping, payroll, social insurance, unemployment insurance & other welfare.
- Planning of human resources for the manufacturing business and corporate strategy
- Planning for recruitment, training and development of human resources in monthly ,quarterly and yearly.
- Build salary policy, promotion and replacement.
- Developing regulations bonuses and incentives - stimulate employees to work, perform the regime for employees.
- Establish a system of rules, procedures and regulations for the Company and monitoring the observance of such rules.
- Administrative, administrative cost management & monitoring implementation of administrative regulations.
Requirements:
- Having 5 years experience in similar role
- Prefer candidate working in manufacturing field
- English communication
- Prefer Female
