Job Description:
  • Develop, lead, manage and enforce an ongoing environment, safety and health program to ensure safe and healthy working conditions in the Company.
  • Conduct job safety & health studies and analysis; formulate and recommend safety policies and procedures to reduce or eliminate incidents, safety and health hazards and damage to life and property.
  • Assist in reviewing all renovations and re-engineering projects to ensure compliance with environment, safety and health standards and methods.
  • Consult with departments on design, use and maintenance of personal protection equipment.
  • Provide information, signs, posters, barriers and other materials to warn of potential and actual safety hazards and to prevent access to hazardous areas.
  • Participate in or lead safety auditing of facilities to detect existing or potential fire, safety and health hazards; initiate corrective and preventive measures when required; and follow-up to ensure measures have been implemented.
  • Participate in or lead incident investigations; prepare materials and evidence for Company use in lawsuits and insurance investigations.
  • Compile and submit accident reports required by the Company and regulatory agencies in time.
  • Lead the Company Safety Committee and its activities
  • Develop and deliver continuous safety training to increase proficiency in safe practice and promote fire, safety and environment consciousness in association with employee health.
  • Represent the Company in community or industrial safety groups and programs.
  • Maintain safety files and records.
  • Determine fiscal requirements and prepare budgetary recommendations; monitor, verify and reconcile expenditure of budgeted funds.
  • Ensure that the company is aware of and complies with all environment, safety and health legislation in relation to the use of its plant, equipment and substances, as well as in all workplace activities.
  • Administrate EHS management system effective.

Recruitment

  • Liaise with heads of department to ensure a full understanding of their requirement and preference.
  • Advertise vacancies, conduct competency – based interview and use appropriate assessment.
  • Check candidates’ reference with their previous employers.
  • Write up JD for new position. Make offer to successful application, negotiate when necessary and regret unsuccessful applicants.
  • Conduct HR orientation
  • Maintain a working knowledge of marketplace in areas such policy and legislation, wage and trends in employment replacement and recruitment.
  • Follow up probation time and contract renew.
  • Prepare labour contracts for all staffs
  • Collect full necessary documents from new staffs.
  • Performance management
  • HR reports and analysis on staff cost recruitment, compensation benefit, etc.
  • Processes/implement’s HR policies including disciplinary action, etc.
  • Recommend/implements activities to improve employees relation.

Training development

  • Follow up each staff’s personal development plan and identify new opportunities for training and development
  • In charge of new staff integration program.
  • Create and monitor training programs.
  • Create evaluation and measurement tools to improve employee performance for organizational future development.
  • Contribute to improving the performance of the company with the development, review, implementation and promotion of HR policies, practices, procedures and strategies.
  • Assist with the review, development and implementation of terms and conditions of service in order to establish a clear framework for the company to operate as a quality employer.
  • Develop and implement talent development strategies and programs that aligns to current and future capability needs of the business.
  • Design, develop and consult on critical talent cycle components such as succession planning, hi-potential programs, talent assessments, key experiences, etc.
  • Create, manage and maintain culture in which talent are recognized, develop and retained.
  • Follow up the training issues at new product introduction stage
  • Assess employees and work with managers of each department also to identify training needs and align them with the company’s strategic goals.

Calculte the salary

  • Review salary process, bonus, awards and recognition, and severance payment.
  • Calculate monthly salary for all staffs
  • Analyze external market data as well as internal data about the company's current.
  • Monitor and alert the management to any variance between the budgeted and actual salaries and headcount.
  • Compile all data needed for the annual salary review and the annual performance appraisal analysis.
  • Review current policies in line with market practices
  • Follow staff movement to assure labor productivity

Social Welfare

  • Make the monthly report with Social Insurance Agency.
  • Ensure employee compulsory SI, HI, UI benefits are in line with relevant regulations.
  • Ensure employee health care and personal accident benefits are in line company’s policy.

      Labor contract and Profile of staffs

  • Manage and update personnel Files: CV, commend & reward, discipline, Annual & Personal Leave;
  • Support and cooperate with related Departments in evaluation staffs in probation time, annual evaluation...
  • Implement the procedures related to commend and reward, discipline, dismiss the staffs;
  • Follow up all labor contracts of staffs, make request and prepare new contract;
  • Make analysis on the labour market (employees, competitors) to build a competitive C&B system

Legal works

  • Update information about the change in laws and legal regulations.
  • Documentation controls all of the office regulations
  • Ensure personnel policy compliance with all labor law
  • Advise and supervise Field HR in personnel and legal issues
  • Liaise with government departments to arrange Insurance, Work Visa, Work Permit, Residence Card, License, etc.
  • Drives all HR-related projects and ensures they are completed as scheduled

     Report

  • HR’s KPIs report monthly
  • Make labor reports to the Related Department when needed
