Job Description
- Managing and coordinating all human resources activities for Vietnam
- Consults with Managers and Management on employee relation issues
- Work closely with Head of Department on talent retention, performance management, manpower planning and needs and employee welfare related matters
- Analyze and propose compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Establish and develop schedule for the Annual Performance Appraisal Exercise
- Managing Payroll and Personal Income Tax
- Oversee all office administration
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Human Resources / Administration
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Demonstrate the ability to solve issues in creative ways and display initiative
- Have excellent interpersonal skill
- Good command in English and Vietnamese
