Requirement:
- Understanding overall Manufacturing & Service industry
experience minimum 8 years in a HRM or HR planning part at Multinational Company or Local listed companies
- Working knowledge of employee attraction, Labor relations and retention strategies and how to practically apply to varied employ segments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English both in writing and in speaking
- Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office), advanced presentation capability with expertise in literature
- Compliance and integrity with highly motivated spirit
- Bachelors degree or above in a related field
Job Description:
- Resolves employee relations issues through ensuring accurate interpretation and administration of HR policies and program
- Conduct benchmarking and review / analysis of company’s welfare and benefits
- Carry out all recruitment activities establishing and maintaining all recruitment channels
- Handle HR policies and implementation based on client’s HR standard
- Advices and counsels HR managers of related company in resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Spread of company’s philosophy and way of working
