  • To discover, inspire and enable the business to deliver on its strategy.
  • Proactively assess needs and implement tactical and strategic solutions in a changing environment.
  • Provide guidance on organizational effectiveness, change management and expertise in all areas of the People & Culture
  • Define and implement all HR related policies and procedures
  • Recommend and implement remuneration levels aligned with local standards and consistent with existing schemes to attract and retain employees.
  • Work closely with headquarters HR team to ensure consistency in HR management, while adapting to local standards.
  • Support managers on all HR matters, including but not limited to recruitment, development and training needs, remuneration and evaluation issues.
  • Ensure equity fairness & consistency in the way people are managed and rewarde
  • If necessary, propose alternative/additional/new way of remunerating the employees (compensation & benefits) based on the local practical pay conditions and within Group guidelines.
  • Design, organize and implement the individuals’ development plans to motivate the employees and to make them qualified to the latest technologies on the market.
  • Ensure HR activities meet with and integrate within organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety and legal constraints.
  • Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and overall achievements.

 

 

Requirements

 

  • This role requires a capable and experienced HR Manager with at least 5 years’ experience.
  • Previous experience in a service-related environment is essential.
  • Proven successful experience in recruitment of highly qualified technical profiles, good understanding of Vietnamese principles and procedures for personnel selection and recruitment
  • Expertise in management of compensation and benefits, good understanding in labor relations.
  • Understanding of resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Fluent in written and oral English
  • Able to manage a team in various locations
  • Ability in working on own initiatives under high pressure and achieving target results.
