  •  Planning the recruitment, training & develop yearly, quarterly, monthly for the company.
  •  Develop & complete the processes and regulations applied in the company.
  •  Support for the departments involved in staff training, recruitment, personnel reception, employees assessment periodly, ...
  •  Be a bridge between the board of directors and employees in the company.
  • Advising to board of Directors in the construction,improvement and applying the company's admistrational organisation.
  • Supervise the security quality, company's asset protection, workplace environment.
  • Perform and joining to build, develop the company's reputation, brandname.
  • Taking care of the life quality of Company's employees
  • Other tasks involved or requested.
  • evaluating, building the KPI monthly/yearly
  • maintaining & developing the company's culture.
  • Perform & monitor the emulation, disciplinary reward, movement to improve work efficiency throughout the company
  • Host, organize the meeting, event, holiday-tour

Requirement:

  • Male / Female (equals/ higher than 35 yrs old.)
  • Graduated from Business administration / HR Administration Branch
