Report to General Director (Irish)

Company size: 25- 50

Main duties

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Ensure legal compliance
  • Helping to maintain a positive working environment

Requirements

  • Male/ Female, Vietnamese only, with core roles below:
  1. Personal Development Plans
  2. Personal KPI monitoring and reporting
  3. Remuneration benchmarking and setting
  4. Organisational Development
  5. Recruitment
  6. Legal (Contract, Labor Law, Insurance...)
  7. Policy development/implementation
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Fluent in English
