- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Gather & Analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Maintain employee files and records.
- Coordinate to C&B Specialist for Ensuring the Compensation and benefit for Company's HR.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Coordinate to Admin for ensuring the admin tasks of HR Dept.
- Male/ Female.
- BSc/BA in Business administration; Human resources or relevant field
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist in Construction or M&E industry.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of Recruitment, interview, selection.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication skills; problem-solving skill.
- Fluent English is not required. Fairly good Reading & Writing is acceptable.
Working location: Thu Duc Dist., HCM City.
Salary: 18-25 MIL VND or can be dealed following to the capacibility.
