HR generalist for 3 countries: Vietnam (main hub), Cambodia, Thailand (Total headcount is around 30)
Responsible for all HR areas in the dedicated business with participation in the global initiatives and projects.
As an area for development, we offer future planned growth to the managerial role (HR assistant insubordination).
Reporting to HRBP based now in HQ (Russia)
- Talent Acquisition (IT sales profiles mainly) - 3 countries
- C&B: Bonuses calculation, support all C&B processes
- Internal Communications: Announcements, Event management with help of secretary
- Performance Appraisal: Assessment Process lead and support, KPIs review and setting
- T&D: Organization of Trainings and Sessions
- Strong recruitment background (search abroad as a plus)
- Experiences Excel user (formulas like Vlook-Up, Sum-If, pivots, work with big amount of data)
- C&B basic experience as a plus
- Fluent English (Spoken and written)
- Proactive, agile
- Good communicator with the people-oriented approach.
