Our client is leading in Electric industry looking for HR-GA Manager:
OVERALL SCOPE OF JOB
The HR & GA Manager is responsible for supporting Employees & Management team; customizes and optimizes the global HR policies & services for the subsidiary based on business requirements & HR strategy, in order to realize a quantitative and qualitative well-equipped and motivated workforce for current and future business challenges.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment & Staff planning:
Proceed hiring process & related procedures, ensure quantitative well-equipped workforce to operate in each period.
Build workforce planning via yearly Business Plan
Perform Compensation & benefits:
Implements and applies competitive remuneration and benefit packages in such way that these practices meet the standards and budgets set, in order to attract, retain and incentivize the employees in a professional and consistent way
Maintains and secures an efficient and effective personnel and salary administration as well as pension administration by developing e.g. supportive GHRP systems and tools, in line with applicable legal requirements and HR policies, in order to ensure accurate and timely information.
Training & Development:
Esuring yearly training targert as RHQ training guidance.
Arranging, supporting facilities & recording the other training courses for employees (internal & external).
Identifies and provides relevant T&D opportunities, in line with short- and long-term business requirements to improve the capabilities, motivation and commitment of employees
Solve conflicts, labor disputes & employee grievances. Liaison with local authorities for all HR and admin matter trouble shooting.
Move to different working sites for directly support employees and support other departments if any.
Performance Appraisal Management:
Facilitation of the appraisal process, ensure the deadline request from RHQ HR
Implements and executes subsidiary’s performance management policies and processes in such way that these activities fulfill the needs of the country to optimize business performance.
Yearly proceed Performance Evaluation, salary review as per RHQ guideline.
Report to Branch MD, RHQ HR management.
General admin management:
Oversees procurement for office supplies, problems solving on copiers & printers, network & phone trunk lines, maintain all office equipment, ensure general upkeep and sanitation of work environment.
Support for all meetings and events, manage and control programs and budget for all internal company activities such as company travels, seminar, kick-off meetings, closing ceremonies…
Ensures general upkeep and sanitation of the work environment such as work spaces, wash rooms, utility and storage areas, facilities,
Ensure hotel & air ticket for staffs & guests are booked and settlement are prepared.
Liaison with local authorities for all HR and GA troubles shooting.
Control all GA jobs to strive for an EWP.
- EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:
- University graduated, major in economics, foreign trade.
- Able to work independently and able to multi-task
- Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Careful, Open minded & able to work over time.
- Female, Min. 15 years of experience of relevant experience
- Proficient in English & MS Office (Excel, Access, etc.)
