- Working location: Ha Noi

- Main duties:

• HR expert supports HR Manager to oversee functions and tasks of the human resource department in order to ensure HR systems well-functioned and achieve organizational objectives by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
• Manage the team of 20 members

- Requirements:

• Female, Vietnamese only.
• Experience of working in heavy industry or industrial products.
• Experiences of working for international company and/or joint venture project.
• Professional certificate in HR is plus
• Excellent communication skills, including cultural sensitivity and discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive information.
• Strong planning and organizing skill.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills;
• Great command of English language in both writing and speaking
