  • Report for: German Manager

Job Description: 

  • Preparation of payroll, commission, bonus and other payroll relevant figures and submit to outsourced payroll company after approval by MD
  • Labor contract management
  • Staff development management
  • Manage all staff claim and manage leave records
  • Accurate filing of all HR relevant documents
  • Support the team in all other tasks related to finance, controlling and admin topics
  • General administrative tasks (e.g. all applications to headquarter, internal reports, office supplies)
  • Implementation of personal related KPIs and reports

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accurate Payroll management in accordance with the group standards and local requirements
  • Development of staff

 

Competencies:

  • Well structured and organized in working style
  • In-depth understanding of Vietnamese labor law and payroll regulations

 

Job requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a HR executive or a similar role
  • University degree in HR Business
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word skillfully
  • Proficient in spoken English
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Mastery knowledge: Familiar with accounting and HR regulations
